Core Skills Program (8–12yo Beginners)

For: White to Orange Belts
Focus: Technique fundamentals, confidence, discipline, and physical coordination

This beginner-level class is ideal for kids ages 8–12 who are new to martial arts. Students build a strong foundation in stances, blocks, kicks, and self-control. The program also emphasizes listening, respect, and positive peer interaction—perfect for boosting confidence and physical awareness.

Growth Track Program (8–12yo Intermediate)

For: Green to Blue Belts
Focus: Sparring drills, poomsae development, partner work, and personal goal-setting

This program is designed for students who have completed beginner levels and are ready for more structured challenge. Classes introduce sparring concepts, enhance poomsae memorization, and build coordination through controlled partner drills. Students develop perseverance, teamwork, and a growth mindset.

Black Belt Prep Program (8–12yo Advanced)

For: Brown to Red Belts
Focus: High-level technique, leadership, black belt readiness, and personal discipline

Our most advanced program for ages 8–12 focuses on preparing students for black belt testing and beyond. Emphasis is placed on poomsae mastery, leadership opportunities, controlled sparring, and mental toughness. Students are challenged to refine technique, mentor younger students, and set personal training goals.
