Foundations Program (4–7yo Beginners)

For: White to Orange Belts
Focus: Basic technique, structure, listening, confidence, and fun

This entry-level program introduces young students to the fundamentals of Taekwondo through fun, high-energy classes. Kids learn basic stances, blocks, kicks, and martial arts values like focus, respect, and self-control. Perfect for first-time martial artists who are just getting started.

Young Leaders Program (4–7yo Advanced)

For: Green Belts and Up
Focus: Advanced coordination, memory, leadership development, and belt preparation

Designed for our most experienced young students, this program builds on foundational skills with advanced technique, more complex combinations, and stronger personal discipline. Students practice leadership, improve coordination, and prepare for higher belt levels in a focused but age-appropriate environment.
